While we strive for accuracy and reliability, the Service is designed to supplement - not replace - professional safety expertise, regulatory compliance programs, and human judgment. Users must always verify safety recommendations against applicable regulations and consult qualified safety professionals for critical decisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

- AEGIS Conversational Safety Guidance: Real-time, AI-powered safety guidance through natural language interaction, replacing complex safety forms with intelligent conversational interfaces.
- Incident Management: Comprehensive incident reporting, tracking, and resolution including safety incidents, near misses, property damage, environmental incidents, and security incidents.
- Document Management:Safety document creation, templates, version control, approval workflows, and secure storage.
- Analytics and Insights:Dashboard analytics, trend detection, ROI calculations, predictive hazard analysis, and intervention prioritization.
- Data Ingestion: Bulk import capabilities for incidents, workers, sites, training records, equipment, hazards, procedures, compliance data, and safety metrics.
- Workflow Management:Observation workflows, document approval processes, and role-based assignments.
- Compliance Support: Integration with regulatory standards including OSHA, ISO 45001, NIOSH, ANSI, and ACGIH.

The Service provides specialized safety intelligence for the following industries:
- Manufacturing (including textile, electronics, heavy equipment, and automation)
- Construction (including building, excavation, fall protection, and extreme weather protocols)

- General/Cross-Industry applications
2.3 AI-Powered Features
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies including:
- Pattern matching with 291 trigger patterns across industries
- Predictive hazard analysis with 95%+ accuracy targets
- Natural language processing for conversational interfaces
- Confidence scoring and validation systems
- Context-aware response generation through the AEGIS Personality System
- Curator fact-validation system with embedded safety knowledge
2.4 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when practicable)
- Emergency maintenance or security updates
- Factors beyond our reasonable control
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation

-Supervisor: All Worker permissions, Assign incidents, Manage team observations, Basic document approval.
-Safety Manager: All Supervisor permissions, Compliance management, Access analytics dashboards, Generate reports
-Administrator: All Safety Manager permissions, User management, System configuration, Access activity logs
-System Admin: Full system access including multi-tenant configuration and emergency protocols
Your organization's administrator determines your role and associated permissions.
3.5 Organizational Accounts
Organizations using the Service ("Organization Accounts") are responsible for:
- Managing user access within their organization
- Ensuring users comply with these Terms
- Configuring appropriate role assignments
- Maintaining organizational data accuracy
- Compliance with applicable workplace safety regulations
4. Acceptable Use Policy
4.1 Permitted Uses
You may use the Service for:
- Legitimate workplace safety management purposes

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Hazurion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
